My first impression of coach Manuel was that I was impressed by his calm manner, welcoming attitude and thought-provoking ideas.  I've continued my coaching with Manuel for many months because his coaching has helped me to put focus in my life, with measurable goals.  I am much closer to my life's goals than I was when I began last year.  Before coaching, I was frustrated and a bit 'lost'  thinking I wouldn't do what I really wanted to do with my life.  Today, thanks to my coaching work with Manuel, I'm more focused, hopeful, optimistic.
